Betatec sells digital educational products that are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods.

1. Delivery Method

• All products are delivered digitally via the email address provided at checkout.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing your access details or download link.
   

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Delivery is typically completed within 2 hours after payment confirmation.

• If you do not receive the email within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder.

3. Incorrect Email Address

• Please ensure that you enter the correct email address during checkout.

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided by the customer.
   

4. Technical Issues

• If you face any problems accessing your purchased product, our support team will assist and resend the access details where necessary.
