At Betatec, we strive to provide high-quality digital educational products and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Since our products are delivered electronically and made accessible almost immediately after purchase, we have a no-refund policy except in certain special cases described below.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales are final once the product access email has been sent to the customer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.
2. Exceptions
A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment for the same product.

Non-delivery of the product due to technical issues on our side, where we are unable to provide access within 24 hours of purchase despite your notification to us.

Incorrect product delivered due to a system error.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Digital Product Responsibility
Once access to the product is granted, it is your responsibility to download, save, or use the material. We are not responsible for loss of files or inability to access the product due to issues on your device.
